Plumbing Problems is family owned and operated.
Owner, Todd Mallow, is the master plumber who has over 10 years of experience as a plumber. Service Technicians Elston and Tony follow in Todd’s footsteps learning daily new and existing ways to provide the customer with the best service they can. Plumbing Problems is Licensed, Insured, Bonded. Able to provide copies of insurance if needed to add the assurance to the customer that here at Plumbing Problems we strive to be a full service plumbing business.
Todd holds a Master Plumber license and a Master Gas Fitter license
Tony and Elston both operate under Todd with the necessary license.

Todd has been a resident of Springfield for over 20 years. The past 11 years Todd has been trying to better himself by learning new and more efficient ways to repair plumbing problems.
With a Master license for Pluming and Gas Fitting Todd is able to train his employees so they can follow in his footsteps. Todd is Christian man that cares deeply for others and is not ashamed to show his love for his savior Jesus Christ. Todd loves his wife and four children. Knowing that life is full of changes and things we can not control. What ever the circumstance, Todd has a servants heart, not only for his heavenly father but for people who need help. Todd is dedicated to running a business that will not be known for cheating others, mis-leading or taking advantage others when they are in need.

Tony Patricelli, Service Tech
Tony has been working at Plumbing Problems for 2 years. He has a background in computers, and has worked with the public in a automotive environment. Tony has learned the ins and outs of plumbing in a short time. His people skills and his ability to understand and respond to the needs of the customer are outstanding.
Tony is married with one child. He looks forward to coming to work, work hard and provide for his family. Clean cut and polite he makes a great addition to the team.
Tony gives his word that he will take all the necessary steps to perform quality work with pride and craftsmanship. Two of the traits that we strive for here at Plumbing Problems.
Elston Moore, Service Tech
Elston has also been working at Plumbing Problems for over 2 years. He has a background in diesel mechanics. Elston is the technician that can figure out almost anything. Elstons Knowledge and on the job experience has been a plus for Plumbing Problems. Elston takes the lead position when needed and with his ability to relate to the customer, Plumbing Problems can operate with the sense of professionalism.
Elston has been married for 25 years, no children but loves his two dogs and probably treats them better than most children get treated. Elston is the leader in promoting pride and craftsmanship here at Plumbing Problems. All of us strive to do work that represents our character.
